Old Fort Cabin
A small modern cabin tucked into the woods, finished in clear pine inside and out, with floor-to-ceiling windows that pull the forest into every room.
A compact modern cabin built into a wooded hillside. Inside, the whole shell is finished in clear pine plank, with painted board-and-batten in a deep barn red used to break up the light wood and mark transitions: the stair stringer, the half-wall at the kitchen, the fireplace surround.
The kitchen and dining open onto a long bank of windows that lets the forest do most of the work. A reading nook tucks into a corner where two walls of glass meet, and a butcher-block bar separates the kitchen from the stair landing without closing it off.
