Our
Process

Our initial meeting is to listen to your needs and vision for your new home. We walk your property locating driveway, front of home for best view or natural lighting. We give you letters of recommendation and invite you to view some of our prior built custom homes. We give you an opportunity to ask any questions and address any concerns you may have. After listening to your thoughts of your home and based on this we give you a rough idea of overall costs based on square foot projections. Next, we make a recommendation with which Architect/ Designer for us to work with. We attend every meeting whether in person or video meetings to help navigate the language between builder, designer and client. We introduce you to our interior designer as well as our landscape architect. We work hand in hand to bring your dream to paper. We have also built many homes with plans clients have brought from their own architect, designer or plans that have been found on the internet. After this we will send the drawings out to subcontractors and suppliers to create a budget for your home. Once this is finished, we review the numbers with you and increase or decrease items to better fit your selections. Once the budget is accepted, we sign a contract and receive a 5% downpayment. After this we will pull all required permits and start with men on site. We have an open line of communication throughout the building process.
